Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what a specific thing you do requires:

• Enquiry form — your name, email, phone, company, and what you wrote.
• Free site audit — the website address you enter, and the findings we generate about it. To unlock the full report we also ask for your name, email and phone.
• Plugin purchase — name, email, billing address and, if you buy as a business, your GST or VAT number. Your password is stored only as a hash; we never see it.
• Analytics — page views and referrers through Google Analytics, and only after you accept cookies. Decline and no analytics tag loads at all.

We do not buy contact lists, and we do not track you across other websites.

Card details

We never see them. Payments are taken on Razorpay’s or Stripe’s own hosted pages — your card number never touches our servers, and there is nothing for us to store or leak.

Who else sees your data

• InsForge — our database, where enquiries, orders and licences live.
• Vercel — hosts this site and the functions that handle your form submissions.
• Razorpay (India) and Stripe (elsewhere) — process payments.
• Google — Analytics, if you accepted cookies, and Workspace for the email we send you from.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and audit results are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up where we left off if you come back. Invoices, orders and licence records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires us to.

Your choices

Email support@mwds.digital to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will not delete records we are legally required to keep — invoices, chiefly — and we will tell you which those are rather than quietly ignoring part of the request.
