Plugins

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to ask for a refund.

Once the plugin has been downloaded, the sale is final and no refund is available — even inside those 14 days. There is no way to take software back, so the download is the point of no return.

If you are unsure whether a plugin does what you need, ask us before you download it. We will tell you honestly, including when the answer is that it will not help you.

If you have not downloaded it and you are inside 14 days, request a refund from your portal or email us. We refund to the original payment method; it usually reaches you in 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

A renewal is a separate purchase with its own 14 days. We email before any renewal falls due — we do not take a payment you have not seen coming.

A licence revoked for misuse — key sharing, over-activation, redistribution or a nulled copy — is not refunded. Those terms are in the terms & conditions.

Project work

Payment schedules are set out in the terms & conditions: web development is 75% up front and 25% on completion, and other services are paid in full before the project starts.

If something has gone wrong with a project, talk to us before anything else. Most of what looks like a refund question is a scope or expectation question, and we would rather fix the work than argue about the invoice.

Consultations

If you cancel a paid consultation, 75% of the fee is refunded and we keep 25%.

The 25% covers the hour we held for you and turned other work away for. It is stated on the booking form before you pay, not discovered afterwards.

Rescheduling is free — if the time no longer works, move it rather than cancelling and we will find another slot.
