Terms & conditions
The terms you are agreeing to when you hire us or buy a plugin. Plain English, because terms nobody can read are terms nobody agreed to.

Who you are contracting with
Mishus Workshop Private Limited, trading as MW Digital Solutions, registered in India under CIN U72900TN2021PTC144508.
Payment terms for project work
- Web development — 75% before work begins, the remaining 25% on completion, before the site goes live on your domain.
- Custom software, mobile apps and SEO — paid in full before the project starts.
Prices are quoted per project and confirmed in a written quote you sign before anything begins. GST is added where it applies.
What we deliver, and what we need from you
Scope is whatever the signed quote says. Anything outside it is a new quote, not an assumption — we will tell you before doing the work, not after.
Projects need things only you can give us: content, logins, approvals, decisions. Timelines assume those arrive when asked for, and a project that stalls waiting on them moves its delivery date, not its price.
Ownership
Once you have paid in full, the website, application or campaign we built for you is yours. Our own products — the MW plugins, the dashboard and the connector — stay ours and are licensed to you, not sold, on the terms below.
Plugin licences
One licence activates one plugin on one website for the period you paid for, with updates and support for that period. You can move a licence between sites whenever you like by releasing the site holding it from your portal.
These will get a licence revoked without a refund:
- Sharing, selling or publishing a licence key you were issued.
- Running one licence on more sites than it covers, including by altering the plugin so it stops checking.
- Redistributing the plugin files, whole or in part, paid or free.
- Removing, bypassing or faking the licensing code. A “nulled” copy is not a supported copy.
Checking what the plugin does on your own site is fine. Publishing the result as a competing product is not.
Support
Plugin support covers the plugin working as described on a site running a supported version of WordPress. It does not cover writing custom code for you, fixing a conflict caused by a plugin we did not build, or work on a site running a modified copy.
App subscriptions and in-app purchases
These terms apply to our own apps sold through the App Store, including ClipStack. They are separate from the project-work terms above.
- What is offered — ClipStack Pro, as a monthly auto-renewing subscription, a yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase that never renews. Both subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial.
- Price — the price shown in the app at the moment of purchase is the price that applies, charged in your local currency. Any price we publish elsewhere is indicative.
- Payment — charged to your Apple Account on confirmation of purchase. We never receive or handle your payment details.
- Renewal — a subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.
- Free trials — any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
- Managing and cancelling — in your Apple Account settings: on iPhone or iPad, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on a Mac, App Store → Account → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
- Refunds — Apple takes the payment, so Apple issues refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. The refund policy below covers our own services, not App Store purchases.
- Licence — our apps are licensed to you, not sold: a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not redistribute, resell or reverse engineer them except where the law says you may regardless.
- No warranty for the free tier — apps are provided as they are. Where the law allows us to limit liability, our liability for an app is limited to what you paid us for it in the previous twelve months.
Refunds
Refunds are covered separately in our refund policy.
