Case study / CPD Academy

A course provider that now says what it is accredited to teach.

CPD Academy run continuing-education courses for allied health professionals in Singapore. The courses were already good. The homepage opened on a carousel and made a clinician hunt for the two facts that decide a booking.

What changed

Put the deciding facts where the decision happens.

01

Accreditation leads, instead of arriving later

Before

"A premier institution dedicated to the continuing professional development of allied health professionals" — true, but it says nothing a competitor could not also say.

After

Accredited CPD in Singapore, set above the headline, with an AHPC-accreditation card directly beneath the fold. It is the first thing a clinician checks and now the first thing the page answers.

02

One action, held in the header

Before

Two hero buttons of equal weight — Read More and View Courses — and no registration action anywhere in the navigation.

After

Register Now sits in the header on every page, in the one colour nothing else on the site uses. The hero keeps a single softer link for anyone still deciding.

03

Photography of the thing being sold

Before

A stock clinical treatment photo: one therapist, one patient, no course in sight, behind a headline that had to fight the image for contrast.

After

A real cohort watching a real demonstration. It shows what a delegate is actually buying, and gives the headline a dark enough field to sit on.

04

The four questions, answered on the homepage

Before

A carousel a visitor had to click through, then a welcome block that restated the introduction already given above it.

After

Four cards, always visible: whether courses are accredited, who teaches them, how to bring a course to Singapore, and how long registering takes.

Results

The rebuild is on staging. We will publish the numbers once it has been live long enough to have them.

Course registrations, search visibility for course terms and the share of visitors who reach the registration form are tracked from launch day through MW Analytics. We would rather show this space empty than fill it with a number nobody can check.
