Case study / Physio Friend · Singapore
A clinic site rebuilt around one decision: book an appointment.
Physio Friend run physiotherapy clinics across Tampines, Yishun and Punggol in Singapore. The site they had explained the business well and asked for the booking badly. We rebuilt it around the one action that matters.
Comparison. Before: The original Physio Friend homepage. After: The redesigned Physio Friend homepage.
BeforeAfterWhat changed
Four decisions did most of the work.
One clear action, instead of five competing ones
Before
Two header buttons, two hero buttons and a nav row of seven items — nothing told a visitor what to do first.
After
A single primary action, Book Appointment, held in the header and repeated in the hero. The phone number sits beside it for anyone who would rather call.
The headline says where they are and what they do
Before
Four stacked lines in three different sizes and two typefaces, with the location broken across them.
After
One sentence — expert physiotherapy in Singapore, and the three areas served — set once, at a size that reads before anything else on the page.
Proof placed where the decision is made
Before
No rating, no review count and no reassurance anywhere above the fold.
After
The 5.0 Google rating and review count sit directly beneath the booking buttons, next to appointment scheduling and personalised-care reassurance.
Navigation a patient can actually scan
Before
Seven top-level items with dropdowns, competing with two buttons for the same strip of space.
After
A shorter, flatter set — Home, About, Services, Locations, Blogs, FAQ, Contact — with the booking action visually separated from it.
Results
The rebuild is on staging. We will publish the numbers once it has been live long enough to have them.
Booking volume, search visibility and the share of visitors who reach the booking step are all tracked from launch day through MW Analytics. We would rather show this space empty than fill it with a number nobody can check.
