Just Invoice

Coming soon

GST invoices, done in a minute.

Most invoicing apps are an accounting package with an invoice screen bolted on. Just Invoice is the invoice. Pick a customer, add what you sold, and the tax works itself out — CGST and SGST when the sale is in your own state, IGST when it isn't. What comes out is a proper tax invoice as a real PDF, with the numbers reconciling to the paisa.

Just Invoice is still in development

It is not on the App Store yet, so there is nothing to download from this page today. This page, along with the support and privacy pages, is published ahead of the listing so the links are live and working when it arrives. Want to know when that is? Email us and we will tell you on the day.

What it does

Tax that works itself out

Set your state and your customer's, and the invoice splits into CGST and SGST or falls to IGST on its own. Every figure rounds to two decimals and the tax line always equals the sum of its parts.

A real PDF, not a picture

The invoice is drawn as vector text, so your customer — and their accountant — can select it, search it and copy figures straight out of it.

Customers and a catalogue

Save the people you bill and the things you sell, with their rates, HSN or SAC codes and tax rates, and pull them into an invoice instead of typing them again.

Retainers that bill themselves

Mark a service as weekly, monthly or yearly and Just Invoice drafts the next one when it falls due — including any cycles that came due while you were away.

Advances and adjustments

Take money up front, get a receipt voucher for it with the tax worked out at the invoice's own rate, and set it against an invoice later.

Money in and money out

Log expenses and other income alongside the invoices, so what you owe and what you are owed sit on one screen.

Yours, on your devices

Everything lives on your device. Turn on iCloud and it syncs through your own private iCloud Drive, between your iPhone, iPad and Mac — never through a server of ours.

No account needed

Open it and start invoicing. Signing in with Apple is only asked for when you want iCloud sync, and you can decline it and carry on.

Reminders that matter

Optional notifications for an invoice about to fall due, one that has gone overdue, and a retainer coming up for renewal.
